Initially the technology will be adaptable for a qualitative test to be used where POC testing is required – doctor’s office, specialist clinics, pharmacy – or where testing needs to be repeated on a regular basis. The first system will comprise disposable capillaries for use in a separate reader.
A further development of the system will be to use the disposable capillaries with a more powerful reader, capable of interpreting and quantifying analytes.
